General Information
The Early Bird Registration Deadline is March 20, 2009. Registration will still be accepted after that deadline, but the prices will be $50 more per participant. On-site registration will be $100 more per participant.

Delegate Substitutions and Other Changes to the Registration
Delegate Substitutions can occur using the following method:
Using your confirmation number, you can return to the registration log-in page to make any adjustments to your registration. Note: you may also add a pre-conference workshop via this method. Delegate substitutions must be completed by March 27th, 2009.

We are excited to announce this phenomenal line-up of pre-conference programs & workshops. The line-up is so strong that one might just consider the benefit of thinking about this as “the conference simply starts at 1pm on Thursday, April 2 ”. Schedule
For help with travel, the precons begin on Thursday, April 2 at 1pm. The opening session will begin on Thursday, April 2 at 7:30 pm. The closing session will be complete by 10:45 am on Sunday, April 5. There is a more detailed Master Schedule provided in the Conference Info Packet above.
Registration Fees
(Prices listed are the Early Bird Prices which go up $50 after March 20 and another $50 for on-site registration)
Undergraduate Students: $210 per participant
Graduate Students: $235 per participant
Professionals: $235 per participant

Additional meals may be purchased for guests through the registration process
